Across Eurowag, parents return from parental leave under very different circumstances. Different countries, different systems, different family situations. Yet our ambition is the same everywhere: to create an experience where parents feel supported, respected, and confident as they navigate this important transition.

We believe there is no single "right" way to combine parenthood and a career. Every family, every role, and every return-to-work journey is different. That's why we focus on creating an environment built on flexibility, trust, understanding, and open communication, helping people find solutions that work for both their families and our business.
Supporting working parents is an important part of how we build our culture. By listening to the experiences of parents, managers, and HR teams across our locations, we continue to improve the support, guidance, and resources available before, during, and after parental leave. Our goal is simple: to make sure no one feels they have to choose between being a parent and building a meaningful career.
In this video, Aneta Uryčová-Gazdová shares her personal experience of returning to work after parental leave, what helped her navigate the transition, and what support mattered most along the way.
Her story is one example of the many different paths parents take when returning to work. By listening to and learning from these experiences, we continue to shape a culture where parents feel supported through important life transitions and can thrive both professionally and personally.
Because at Eurowag, we don't see parenthood and career as competing priorities. We believe people should have the opportunity to succeed in both, and to find the balance that works for them and their families.
