Frequently asked questions

When will the new payment terms apply?

Extended payment terms take effect from the next invoice cycle after activation confirmation.

What invoices are covered by FlexiPay?

FlexiPay applies to all fuel invoices and selected EETS toll invoices (depending on country and availability).

What is the fee for using FlexiPay?

The fee is 0.99% of the invoice amount and is always shown as a separate line on your invoice.

Do I need to sign a contract or arrange financing?

No. FlexiPay requires no bank involvement, no factoring and no additional contracts.

What happens if I don’t want to use FlexiPay?

You can deactivate anytime for no deactivation fee and continue with your original payment terms after deactivation. You should only make sure that you are able to pay the invoices within the original payment terms.

What if my credit limit is not sufficient?

If your credit limit does not cover the extended payment usage, please contact Customer Care to request an adjustment.

Will FlexiPay affect my credit limit?

Yes. Extended payment terms may use more of your available credit since invoices remain open longer.

Can I choose which invoices to extend?

FlexiPay is applied automatically to eligible invoices (fuel and selected tolls), ensuring a simple and predictable experience.

In which countries is FlexiPay available?

FlexiPay is being rolled out across multiple countries, including: Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Spain, and Bulgaria.

Which toll domains are included?

FlexiPay currently supports selected EETS domains already integrated in the system, such as BG, CH, SK, CZ, ES, PT, HU. Additional countries are continuously being added.
