How long does it take to set up the product?

The process can take up to 3 business days, although it often completes sooner. Notification regarding the product setup will be sent via email.

When will the new payment terms be applied?

New payment terms on fuel invoices will be applied from the next invoicing cycle after receiving confirmation e-mail on Flexi Pay activation.

My available credit limit is insufficient, but I wish to use Flexi Pay. How can I secure extended payment terms?

Please contact Customer Care to request a credit limit increase via the Client Portal or by calling +420 233 555 111.

Why haven't the payment terms for toll invoices been extended to 30 days?

Flexi Pay currently applies exclusively to fuel invoices and does not cover toll invoices. We plan to extend Flexi Pay to toll invoices soon.

What are the conditions to switch back from Flexi Pay to my original payment terms?

There are no fees applied and the payment terms are switched back from the next invoicing cycle. You should only make sure that you are able to pay the invoices within the original payment terms.

How can I set up payment terms beyond 30 days?

Flexi Pay currently offers 30-day payment terms with a 0.99% fee. More payment term options will be available in the future.
