Group declaration

Group declaration in accordance with § 79 par. 3 of Act No. 90/2012 Coll., The Act on Business Companies and Cooperatives (Act on Business Corporations) (hereinafter referred to as the “ZOK”):

W.A.G. payment solutions a.s., with its registered office at Na Vítězné pláni 1719/4, Prague 4, postal code 14000, company ID number 264 15 623, entered into the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, insert 6882, is the managing entity within the given group arrangement ( "Managing Person"). The Managing Person Group is a declared group in the sense of § 79 et seq. ZOK.

The list of companies controlled and subject to the unifying influence of the Managing Person is listed on this website under the "EUROWAG Group".
