While market turbulence stalled many Polish transport businesses, RP-TRANS seized the courier sector’s rapid expansion to become a key logistics partner for DPD Group, InPost, and FedEx. Its disciplined technology adoption and use of Eurowag’s GBox telematics and Marcos TMS have transformed it from a regional carrier into a technology-forward European logistics operator.

The European transport sector has operated under sustained pressure from geopolitical shifts, economic uncertainty, and tightening environmental regulations. Rising fuel prices and legislative ambiguity caused many Polish companies to freeze investments. Within this environment, the courier and last-mile delivery segment has experienced rapid growth, creating opportunity for operators with the right infrastructure and technological capability.
In courier logistics, delivery precision is measured in minutes. RP-TRANS required real-time route optimization, immediate delay response capability, and full operational transparency. The growing scale of operations demanded broader functionality and system integration beyond proprietary in-house tools.
RP-TRANS uses Eurowag’s GBox system for route optimization. Board Member Damian Brywczyński explains: “In planning our transports, we rely on the GBox telematics ETA module, which alerts us to delays and updates the remaining distance in real time, factoring in road conditions and driver working hours. This helps us stay on top of delivery schedules and give our clients complete transparency — backed by facts, not guesswork.” The company is preparing to implement Marcos TMS for comprehensive cost visibility and fleet-wide integration.
The company has expanded its infrastructure to include a workshop, paint shop, and vehicle inspection station. The Bydgoszcz site features solar panels and a heat pump. Average fleet vehicle age is under three years; by 2026, two-thirds will be less than 12 months old. The first electric vehicle is already operational at the Bydgoszcz depot.
RP-TRANS is positioning for ESG readiness before it becomes mandatory: “We want to be fully prepared for the moment when ESG reporting becomes the standard across the entire market,” states Brywczyński. The company is expanding into freight forwarding and specialist transport. “For us, innovation is not just a buzzword, but a tool for doing good work every day.”
