1.1 The following specific terms and conditions apply solely to the use of the "Satellite Maps" feature (hereinafter referred to as “Satellite Maps") which is available free of charge for your use within the Eurowag App Software (hereinafter referred to as "Software") and which is developed and provided by a third party, Google Ireland Limited, incorporated and operating under the laws of Ireland, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, Registration No.: 368047, VAT No.: IE6388047V (hereinafter referred to as “Google”).
1.2 Use of the Satellite Maps is subject to the specific terms of use which can be found in the then-current version on: https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/; and the privacy policy which can be found in the then-current version on: https://policies.google.com/privacy. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not entitled to use Satellite maps within the Software. User is obliged to get acquainted with these terms and conditions before starting to use the feature.
1.3 By switching on the Satellite Maps feature, the user is entitled to browse them. Browsing of the Satellite Maps is a separate feature within the Software and cannot be used cumulatively with the navigation feature.
1.4 The use of Satellite maps is prohibited and thus unavailable in certain territories. The list of territories in which the use is prohibited may change from time to time and the current list is available at: https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/terms/maps-prohibited-territories/.
1.5 W.A.G. Payment Solution, a.s. is entitled to suspend or terminate your use of the Satellite Maps feature at any time without prior notice, if this suspension and/or termination is inevitable as a consequence of the suspension/termination of providing the Satellite Maps feature by Google.
