LOGIUS: converting sustainability into contract-winning advantage through Eurowag’s integrated platform

In just over a decade, LOGIUS has evolved from a sole proprietorship into a modern logistics operator serving major e-commerce and industrial clients. By treating low-emission transport as a source of competitive differentiation — supported by Eurowag’s integrated fuel, telematics, and driver management platform — LOGIUS demonstrates that sustainability can open doors to premium contracts.

Market context

EU climate targets — including a 40% CO₂ reduction by 2030 and climate neutrality by 2050 — increasingly drive client expectations. Global corporations adapting to reporting obligations demand concrete sustainability action from transport partners. For mid-sized Polish carriers, emission reduction certificates and carbon footprint data are becoming prerequisites for high-value tenders.

Operational challenge

LOGIUS needed to demonstrate credible, measurable emission reductions for multinational clients. Managing fuel access (including alternative fuels), telematics, driver work time tracking, and eco-driving analysis across disconnected systems created inefficiency. The company required a single integrated platform for these functions and reliable ESG reporting.

Eurowag’s role

Through Eurowag, LOGIUS accesses over 400 LNG stations across Europe for BioLNG and HVO. The GBox telematics and eco-driving module optimize routes and support driver behavior improvement. The 4Trans driver work time tracking software integrates fully with GBox. CEO Mateusz Gromanowski: “Having access to fuel, including alternative fuels, telematics, driver work time tracking, and other services all in one place makes it much easier to manage transport across multiple areas.”

Measurable impact

LOGIUS provides customers with certificates confirming 80–90% CO₂ emission reductions — a real competitive edge for accessing the most attractive contracts. The fleet of 50 vehicles maintains an average age between one and two years. Eco-driving scores are reviewed one-on-one with drivers, reducing fuel consumption and component wear. Vehicles run on HVO100 and BioLNG, with electric trucks undergoing testing.

Strategic outlook

LOGIUS is proactively preparing for ESG reporting requirements. CEO Gromanowski: “The future of sustainable transport lies in combining available technologies rather than relying on full fleet electrification alone.” The partnership with Eurowag and data-driven fleet management demonstrate that sustainability can serve as a genuine competitive differentiator.
