Eurowag Pay with the Eurowag app lets you make secure mobile payments for fuel the modern way, with your phone.

The Eurowag app needs to be installed on the smartphone of the user that is going to use Eurowag Pay at the fuel station - usually the driver.
Additionally, it can be used to configure Eurowag Pay. Card management and card assignments are usually done by dispatchers.
Owners or dispatchers who already have a Eurowag account can log into client self-care to order cards or change limits. Drivers mostly use the Eurowag app as a fuel station and services finder in guest mode, so first we will need to create their account to assign a card to them.
The account can be created in two ways:
1. From the client self-care portal
2. From the Eurowag app
Only admins and owners can create new accounts for drivers
When the account is created, an email is sent to the driver, with a prompt to activate the account. The driver must then click the link, add their personal data to the account, and set an account password within 12 hours. After this 12 hour window, the link to add personal data to the profile will no longer be active.
The driver is then redirected to the Eurowag website to fill out the profile and set up their password.
Now the driver can log into the Eurowag app with their own account.
The owner or dispatcher can create an account, which will send an email to the driver with a prompt to activate the account, add their personal data, and set a password as mentioned Section 2.1 above.
The driver can also open the Eurowag app and create an account for themselves. First they must supply the admin or owner‘s email so they can approve the driver's account pairing with the company account.
The admin or owner must then accept the pairing via link in the email. Once this is completed, the driver must then add their personal data to the account, and set an account password as mentioned in Section 2.1 above.
Now the driver can log into the Eurowag app with their own account.
Only those with the role of admin, owner, or dispatcher can assign cards.
Cards can be assigned in two ways
1. On the client self-care portal
2. On the Eurowag app
Now you (or your driver) are ready to use Eurowag Pay to make mobile payments for fuel purchases - the account exists and the card is assigned to it.

After the card has been received by and assigned to the driver, a notification is sent to the driver’s app (Image 4). The driver should see all the assigned cards (usually only one) currently on their card list (Image 5). At the top of the list, the driver should see the card that is set as the default card for Eurowag Pay payments.
After tapping on the default card, a screen will appear where the driver can select another card to be used as the new default.
Card detail (Image 6) - The user can now change the default card by tapping “Currently set as default” or “Set as default” on the Card Detail screen for the card which is not currently set as the default.
Card detail (Image 6) - After tapping on “Your Eurowag Pay history”, the user will be taken to a list of Eurowag Pay transactions made with their card (Image 7). Tapping on a specific transaction will take the user to a screen showing the details of that transaction (Image 8).
Card detail (Image 6) - If the card has Card Lock activated, the driver can unlock it directly in the app.
