What is the truck overtaking ban?
Since January 1, 2020, Poland has enforced a ban on truck overtaking on certain sections of highways marked with road signs. This ban applies from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. In Poland, the ban covers several highway sections, including parts of the A1, A2, and A4 motorways.
Truck overtaking ban in the EU
The ban on truck overtaking on highways is also in force in some other European countries, such as Slovenia, Italy, Slovakia, and Germany.
