Frequently asked questions

What does the Eurowag GO+ charging card include?

The card provides access to charging locations across Europe, including the UK, Switzerland, Türkiye and Bulgaria.

It also includes:

  • Heavy-duty charging stations within the network 
  • Charging authorization through an activated RFID chip 
  • Charging-location and pricing information in the Easy Charging Quality app  app (for Android, for iOS)
  • Transactions and invoices through the EVC portal 
  • Support with route and charging planning
Where can I see charging transactions and invoices?

Customers can use the EVC portal to:

  • Monitor charging sessions 
  • View transactions and consumption 
  • Access invoices 
  • Manage driver accounts 
  • Browse charging locations
How can drivers find charging locations?

Drivers can use the Easy Charging Quality mobile app (for Android, for iOS) to find charging locations that accept the Eurowag Go+ charging card.

The app displays charger details and pricing. Drivers can log in using the Charging card ID printed on the card or login details received by email.

How are charging transactions invoiced?

Monthly invoices are issued in euros. Customers can monitor consumption, transactions and invoices through the EVC portal, and invoices are also sent to the registered contact email address.

What should I do if a charging card is lost or stolen?

The card should be deactivated immediately in Eurowag Office or Client portal.

Charging transactions are currently not controlled by the individual card limit or linked to the customer’s credit limit, so immediate deactivation is important.
