Eurowag has added 20 more locations to its network of Eurowag Prime premium service stations. Stations in this network are growing faster than others, 49% more than conventional stations year-on-year.
Twenty service stations across Europe were added by Eurowag, a leader in providing integrated mobility and payment services for international transport companies, to its Eurowag Prime network during the first quarter of this year. This brings the total number of stations with premium driver services to a magical 100, with the most popular ones located in the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland and Spain. A key benefit of stations in the Eurowag Prime network is the attractive price of fuel and other services.
"Stations connected to our network are growing faster than other service stations. In 2024, they reported an average annual revenue growth of 49% higher than conventional stations," says Kim Coppens, Energy Procurement & Operations Director for Southern & Western Region at Eurowag, adding that "some stations even doubled their volume compared to the previous period.“
Eurowag Prime stations are branded with the Prime logo in Eurowag's app, making them easy to identify. They are more visible from the road, conveniently located and better cover drivers' needs. Prime status is awarded to petrol stations thanks to new locations, promotional purposes, strategic positioning or a company decision.
Service stations in the Eurowag Prime network do not have to be operated directly by Eurowag, but are certified by the company subject to strict conditions. So far, the latest wave of network expansions has included Italian stations Bussolengo from operator Ugolini Petroli and Malcontenta from San Marco Petroli, Austrian stations St. Valentin and Vienna from Masterdiesel, German stations Hockenheim and Regensburg from LTG and Köln from Alternoil, Polish stations Tzcezion from Oktan Energy and Szypliskzki from Delfin, and Belgian station Houdeng from Romac.
The Eurowag Prime network was launched in April 2024 and initially consisted of 70 stations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, the Balkan countries, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Italy, Benelux, Spain, Portugal and the Nordic countries. The aim was to create a premium network of service stations located in the most exposed and strategic locations, offering Eurowag customers optimised fuel prices and other services, special promotions and attention. The Eurowag Prime Network exists alongside Eurowag truck parks.
All customers with a Eurowag card can use the Eurowag Prime network without any discrimination, no registration or membership card is required. Stations bearing the Eurowag Prime logo guarantee the above strategic locations with the best possible price position. The selected station operator must first meet the conditions set by Eurowag and go through a selection process to confirm that its stations meet the requirements of the premium service. An overview of all service stations included in the Eurowag Prime network can be found at https://network.eurowag.com.
