• FuelGuard: For customers with the EVA on-board unit, this service uses GPS to verify that your fuel cards are only used at your truck's location, automatically blocking unusual transactions.
• Eurowag Pay: An advanced mobile payment solution with built-in features like geolocation checks, maintaining your safety on the go.

Card safety: six fundamental rules

To help keep your cards safe, always follow these six essential rules:

• Never share your PIN: Keep your PINs confidential. If you must write them down, don't store them near your cards, and never write your PIN on the card itself.
• When you type in a PIN, always cover your hand: Covering your hand keeps your PIN stays safe from prying eyes.
• Never leave your cards unattended: Always take your cards with you when you leave your vehicle, and never hand them over to others.
• Use our card lock feature: Using our SMS-based security provides you with additional safety, especially if your card happens to fall into the wrong hands.
• If you suspect any misconduct, contact us immediately: Report any suspicious activity relating to your cards, such as copying or theft.
• If your card was misused, contact the police: Always notify the authorities if you fall victim to fraud. Your information could help others.
