Recognized as “Romanian Transport Company of 2024” with consecutive awards for Digitalization, Bipmobile operates 200 units across Europe. CEO Adrian Minea emphasizes the Eurowag partnership — particularly financial and toll services — as a key development factor. The proprietary MARS ERP/TMS and active AI utilization position the company at the forefront of Romania’s transport digitalization.

Eurowag products: Fuel cards, Toll services, VAT refund
Romania’s transport market is entering a more mature stage. GDP for 2025 was expected to be between 1.4% and 2.8%. However, businesses faced a VAT increase (19% to 21%) and elevated fuel excise duties. In the fuel card sector, Eurowag maintains an estimated 14% market share among the top three players in a market surpassing $1.4 billion.
The 2025 spot market has proven more difficult than 2024. Bipmobile operates three logistics centers (Timisoara, Bucharest, Győr) and concentrates on direct contracts and exclusive subcontractor relationships. ~30% of transport serves the automotive sector, with the remainder across FMCG, e-commerce, electronics, and hazardous materials.
Minea states: “Financial and toll services provided by Eurowag have been critical in Bipmobile’s development.” The company utilizes fuel cards, toll management, and VAT refund services for its 200-vehicle European operation.
Bipmobile has implemented high-performance GPS monitoring and the proprietary MARS ERP/TMS. AI tools address transport capacity, loadings, arrival time estimation, and routing optimization. Carbon footprint is measured for all deliveries, and empty kilometers are tracked for rapid operational rebalancing.
The company expects significant transformation within the next decade, driven by digitalization. Low-emission fuels are not yet highly relevant to clients. Minea concludes: “No one can predict the future, but we can prepare for it.”
