Ketil is an independent consultant with extensive experience working for international companies in the oil sector as well as the fields of payment solutions and retail. After completing studies in economics, he spent 16 years working a range of roles for Royal Dutch Shell. After working for the consultancy firm Accenture, he gradually worked his way to the role of CEO at Bravia in Norway, Grensemat and KBÄ. He worked for WEX between 2009 and 2014 where he was in charge of implementing fuel cards on new markets.
Ajit currently holds the position of Managing Partner at the leading global private equity firm TA Associates. Part of this involves a management role in the following companies: Access Technology, CIPRÉS and W.A.G. He also represents the interests of TA Associates at AVG Technologies, Dr Lal PathLabs and Micromax Informatics. Prior to joining the company, he worked for the investment companies Trilogy Software, Investcorp International and Credit Suisse First Boston. Ajit is a graduate of Harvard Business School.
Joseph is Managing Director of leading international private investment company TA Associates and as part of his role, also defends the interests of TA Associates in management of the following selected businesses: Access Technology, Flashtalking, Think project! and W.A.G. Prior to joining the investment company in 2002, he worked for the American investment bank Morgan Stanley as well as Raymond James. Joseph completed his studies at Yale University and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Alexander is a seasoned Executive with a long-standing international experience in finance & risk management & IT & sales in the payment service industry, as well as expert in the information service, airline, touristic and automotive industry. He was CEO at DKV Euro Service, the CRT market leader in Fuel- and Service card business before he entered as Managing Director and SVP in Volkswagen Financial Services to strengthen the service card business for MAN and Scania. Nowadays, Alexander works as independent Management Consultant. He is a Member of the Supervisory Board of W.A.G. since December 2016.
Straight after returning from university in 1996, David decided for a career in transportation and international commerce. He was W.A.G.’s first employee. Over the years, David has been instrumental in W.A.G.’s success and profitability. David created all the back-office systems, which have contributed to the company’s sustained high rate of growth. His accomplishments include designing the current system of fuel cards that has given W.A.G. such a competitive edge in the market.
Petr is a manager with extensive experience in the online and mobile sphere in which he has been working for roughly 20 years. He is the founder and director of Lundegaard which arranges digital services for clients. These include BNP Paribas Personal Finance, 3M, Česká spořitelna, T-Mobile, Cofidis, Prague Airport, ALD Automotive and ABB. In 2002 Petr initiated the establishment of a professional association of Internet Solutions - Asociace.BIZ, which brings together the most prominent industry companies operating in the Czech Republic.
Over the course of more than twenty years, Pascal has accumulated extensive international experience in executive positions in the oil industry, the fuel cards field, and electronic trading. Pascal spent 13 years with TOTAL. As General Manager of “PAN Europe Card”, a consortium of leading oil companies that partner with TOTAL in the area of international fuel cards, he successfully managed the consortium’s development. Later, he joined AMADEUS, the world’s number-one supplier of technology for airlines. Pascal holds an MBA from the EDHEC business academy. From 2009 to 2017 Pascal was a member of W.A.G. senior executive team as Chief Corporate Development Officer and was a key contributor to the great success of the company during this period.
