Simple and quick registration from the comfort of your office

A satellite toll system is in place in Belgium for freight vehicles with an overall permissible weight of over 3.5 tonnes (doesn’t refer to buses and passenger vehicles). Every domestic or foreign heavy goods vehicle over 3.5 tonnes on Belgian roads must have a working On-Board Unit (OBU) from April 1st 2016.

The Belgian toll system includes the road network that is divided into 3 regions: Flanders - Predominantly Dutch-speaking northern part of Belgium, Brussels-Capital - A region encompassing a capital of Belgium and it's surroundings and Wallonia - Predominantly French-speaking southern part of Belgium. Various toll rates apply to the paid areas and all toll records are registered by the satellite On-Board Unit (OBU). There is no VAT in Flander and Brussels. VAT applies in the Wallonian region.  With Eurowag you also enjoy a simple registration process and an overview of all transactions and invoices in the customer portal available online 24/7.
