Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board’s main task is to promote interest of shareholders through company governance and selection of members of Executive Board. Supervisory Board of W.A.G. consist group of seasoned professionals with extensive know-how in various fields highly relevant to W.A.G. business gained in large international corporates as well as own businesses and start-ups.

Ketil Thorsen - Chairman

Ketil has extensive experience working for international companies in the oil sector as well as the fields of payment solutions and retail both as a consultant and as a CEO. After completing studies in economics, he spent 16 years working a range of roles for Royal Dutch Shell. After working for the consultancy firm Accenture, he became CEO at Bravia in Norway and later Grensemat and KBÄ in Sweden. He worked for WEX between 2009 and 2014 where he was in charge of implementing fuel cards on new markets. From August 2015 he has worked with the Swedish oilrefiner Preem leading their market entry efforts into Norway and became CEO for that operation in August 2017.


Ajit Nedungadi - Member

Ajit currently holds the position of Managing Partner at the leading global private equity firm TA Associates. Part of this involves a management role in the following companies: Access Technology, CIPRÉS and W.A.G. He also represents the interests of TA Associates at AVG Technologies, Dr Lal PathLabs and Micromax Informatics. Prior to joining the company, he worked for the investment companies Trilogy Software, Investcorp International and Credit Suisse First Boston. Ajit is a graduate of Harvard Business School.

Joseph Morgan Seigler - Member

Joseph is Managing Director of leading international private investment company TA Associates and as part of his role, also defends the interests of TA Associates in management of the following selected businesses: Access Technology, Flashtalking, Think project! and W.A.G. Prior to joining the investment company in 2002, he worked for the American investment bank Morgan Stanley as well as Raymond James. Joseph completed his studies at Yale University and Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Alexander Trautmann - Member

Alexander is a seasoned Executive with a long-standing international experience in finance & risk management & IT & sales in the payment service industry, as well as expert in the information service, airline, touristic and automotive industry. He was CEO at DKV Euro Service, the CRT market leader in Fuel- and Service card business before he entered as Managing Director and SVP in Volkswagen Financial Services to strengthen the service card business for MAN and Scania. Nowadays, Alexander works as independent Management Consultant. He is a Member of the Supervisory Board of W.A.G. since December 2016.

Pascal Guyot - Member

Over the course of more than twenty years, Pascal has accumulated extensive international experience in executive positions in the oil industry, the fuel cards field, and electronic trading. Pascal spent 13 years with TOTAL. As General Manager of “PAN Europe Card”, a consortium of leading oil companies that partner with TOTAL in the area of international fuel cards, he successfully managed the consortium’s development. Later, he joined AMADEUS, the world’s number-one supplier of technology for airlines. Pascal holds an MBA from the EDHEC business academy. From 2009 to 2017 Pascal was a member of W.A.G. senior executive team as Chief Corporate Development Officer and was a key contributor to the great success of the company during this period.

Robin Crewe - Member

Robin has international experience in transforming and managing technology organizations, with a proven track record of success in consulting to technology start-ups and PE-backed software companies, helping them grow and scale. Prior to consulting, Robin was the CTO of Finastra, the world’s third largest financial services software company and the CTO of Misys.

His primary objective is to work closely with senior management and help EUROWAG become the leading platform for mobility services. His role is to help build on the great work done to-date and provide support in key areas such as user experience, cloud, security and setting industry standards.

Daniel Alarcon-Rubio - Member

Daniel is the founder of Dalarub & Ettrich, a team of high performing engineers, executives and leaders leveraging their experience and business success to consult their clients in the field of digital transformation, and also occupied the position of CTO at Here.

He aims to leverage his experience as a technical and business executive to help Eurowag with the technology roadmap, and to represent technology on the board level from an insights and strategic perspective.
