The recipient FACTRIS HOLDING BV, ID No KvK 66168058, with its registered seat at Netherlands, Amsterdam, Funepark 1C, 1018 AK and UAB Factris LT1, with its registered seat at Lithuania, Vilnius, Vokiečių g. 26, LT-01130 (both hereinafter referred to as "FACTRIS"), as administrators of your data.
We collect and transffer your data in principle for the following reasons:
processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the EUROWAG and FACTRIS is subject, such as AML and KYC checks
processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to provide factoring services
processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the EUROWAG and FACTRIS in order to ensure credibility checks. This obligation applies to both of the controllers – EUROWAG and FACTRIS
WHAT DATA / DOCUMENTS WILL WE PROCESS?
Documents, information and personal data in the range especially: your business or company name, ID number, possible contact, person, telephone number and e-mail, as well as business information in the range: business description, volume and reason, required financing, and balance sheets, a profit and loss accounts and also the internal evaluation of your creditworthiness by EUROWAG.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THESE DATA / DOCUMENTS?
They will be handed over on your behalf and continuously shared with FACTRIS. On the basis of strict necessity principle these data will be predominantly shared on the ground of legitimate interests of one of the controllers. FACTRIS will need to access your data in order to execute the obligatory legal checks, to contact you or to conclude a contract. EUROWAG will ask for the data from FACTRIS especially for executing the credibility checks and quick review if factoring services were provided properly.
